Victoria Gordon
Hi, I’m Victoria and I’m glad you’re here!
Have you ever felt like the trauma you’ve experienced or your diagnosis is something that holds you back or you’re navigating it all on your own? I have, and it’s one of the primary reasons I became a therapist myself. With a history of childhood trauma and being neurodivergent, I’ve come to understand that relational support is essential to healing, growing, and creating the life we long for. I know firsthand how lonely trauma recovery can be and I aim to provide a soft space for you to unmask and be “selfish” long enough for you to find relief and heal.
I specialize in supporting late diagnosed autistic adults and those recovering from childhood trauma. I also support parents experiencing burnout and individuals navigating religious/faith trauma. I’m EMDR trained with a somatic focus and often integrate IFS. It’s an honor to support my clients as they wade through their history and come to a place of security and hope.
If you are hoping to find a deeper sense of security in yourself and in relationships, reach out today to schedule a free consult call! (You can email, call, or click below to schedule a consult call).

My Approach to Therapy
I am an EMDR-trained, attachment-based therapist who uses somatic tools to help you connect with your body, express emotions, and regulate your nervous system. I believe that our early relationships as well as the culture we exist in deeply affect our mental health. As a result, I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy that considers all of these factors.
